Unlock 4.0 Rules: In Unlock 4 Instructions to strictly follow the lockdown till September 30 in the Containment Zones.

Unlock 4.0 Guidelines: As you know that Unlock 4 was done by the Government of India on Saturday.But these instructions will remain in effect till 30 September in view of COVID-19. In Unlock 4 the metro was allowed to run from 7 September, but it will be run in several stages.

But schools will take time to open up. Currently 100 people only are allowed to attend the Functions and open theaters will be open on 21st September.

According to the Ministry of Home Affairs, schools, colleges and other academic institutions should remain closed till 30 September. Social, religious, political programs will be allowed from 21st September with a maximum limit of 100 persons.

It has also been clarified by the government that wearing of masks, keeping distance from each other, thermal scanning and washing hands or using sanitizer is mandatory on all programs.

NEW EDUCATION POLICY 2020

At the same time, up to 50% of teaching in states, union territories, non-teaching staff may have to go to schools for work related to online teaching, tele-counseling. According to the instructions of the Ministry of Home Affairs, students from 9th to 12th class can be allowed to go to the schools located outside the restricted area with the written consent of the guardian.

According to the government, the government of the Union Territory will not impose lock-down at any local level except the Containment Zone without the Central Government's instructions. In addition to the open air theater, Cinema Hall, swimming pools and theaters will remain closed till 30 September, but international air travel will be postponed, except for the approved visit by the Ministry of Home affairs.

Except for all these things in UNLOCK-4, all other activities will be allowed outside the Containment Zone-

Cinema halls, swimming pools, amusement parks, theaters (Except open-air theater) will remain closed.
International air travel except as permitted by MHA.

Meanwhile, orders have also been given by the Delhi Metro that the Delhi Metro has said that the Metro will resume its services from 7 September to the public. After the SOP is released on Delhi Metro, further details on the use of the metro will be shared by the general public.
